Woman lost 28 kgs by going on walks, doing intermittent fasting

A woman lost 28 kgs after delivering a child. She sipped on green tea, lemon water and coconut water through the day to stay hydrated. She also tried intermittent fasting from time to time. She would go for swims, do strength training and go for walks. She started her day with warm water with some drops of lemon in it.
