Woman plans daughter's murder, killed as hitman turns out to be teen's lover in UP

A 35-year-old woman, Alka, was murdered by 38-year-old Subhash Singh, whom she had hired to murder her 17-year-old daughter in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Police said the teen and Subhash were in a relationship. Alka allegedly offered to pay ₹50,000 to Subhash for the crime. When he informed the teen, she promised to marry Subhash if he murdered Alka instead.
