Woman's consent for sex doesn't extend to filming, sharing private videos: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court said a woman's consent to engage in sexual relations doesn't imply consent for recording private moments or sharing private videos. It made the observations while denying bail to a man in rape case registered by a married woman. The man had allegedly compelled the woman to comply with his sexual demands after giving her a loan.
