Woman's lips swell after eating food on Vande Bharat; IRCTC says food quality was 'satisfactory'

A woman claimed she developed a severe allergic reaction with swollen lips after eating lunch on Vande Bharat Express from Varanasi to Deoghar on March 27. She said her 2-year-old son also suffered diarrhoea. IRCTC responded, saying that the food was checked and found satisfactory, with no other complaints received that day.
