Woman says Air India gave her mother's business class seat to someone else

A woman has claimed that Air India gave her mother's business class seat to someone else and made her sit in economy class when she was travelling to Washington DC from Delhi. "How dare you give my mom's business class seat to someone else," she wrote on X. Air India said they're investigating the matter on priority.
