Woman slips from safety harness, falls to death from zip line in Italy

A 41-year-old woman died after she fell more than 60 feet from a zip line in Italy's Bitto Valley. "We still don't know precisely what may have happened. I am shocked and in disbelief. We are at the complete disposal of the judiciary which is now investigating," the CEO of the Fly Emotion company said.
