Woman smuggler found with 1,000 cacti, succulents strapped to her body in NZ
A woman has been sentenced to intensive supervision for 12 months in New Zealand after being caught trying to smuggle nearly 1,000 cacti and succulents strapped to her body. The 38-year-old named Wenqing Li had put the cacti and succulents worth over $10,000 inside stockings. She was noticed by a detector dog on arrival at Auckland airport in March 2019.
