Woman steals newborn baby from hospital's SNCU in Bihar, act caught on CCTV

A newborn baby boy was allegedly stolen from the Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of a hospital in Bihar's Begusarai. CCTV footage of the incident shows a woman in a saree entering SNCU, wrapping the baby in a cloth and leaving. The matter came to light when the family arrived at hospital to feed the baby and found him missing.
