Woman struck by meteorite while having coffee with a friend in France

A woman having coffee with a friend was struck by a meteorite in a village in France. "I heard a big 'Poom' coming from...roof next to us. In the second that followed...I felt a shock on the ribs. I thought it was an animal, a bat!" the woman said. A geologist said the meteorite contained mixture of iron and silicon.
