Woman sues firm for not getting farewell card, judge calls it 'conspiracy-theory mentality'

A woman sued British Airways-parent IAG after she didn't get a farewell card, claiming it to be a breach of equality law. A former colleague told the employment tribunal that managers had bought Karen Conaghan a card but didn't present it as only three people had signed it. Dismissing the case, the judge said Conaghan had adopted a "conspiracy-theory mentality".
