Woman swallows ₹9 cr-cocaine capsules to escape arrest in Mumbai

A 36-year-old woman from Brazil swallowed 124 capsules containing 973 grams of cocaine to escape arrest at Mumbai airport. The value of the seized contraband, which was being brought for smuggling in India, is estimated to be ₹9.73 crore, an official said. She has been arrested, and investigations are ongoing to trace other members of the International drug smuggling syndicate.
