Woman tehsildar who won ₹50 lakh on KBC arrested in ₹2.5 cr flood relief scam in MP

Amita Singh Tomar, a woman tehsildar who won ₹50 lakh on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), was arrested in MP's Gwalior for her alleged role in a ₹2.5 crore flood relief scam, officials said. The 2021 case involves alleged irregularities that took place in Baroda tehsil. Over 20 officials have been arrested, with over 100 named in the FIR, they added.
