Woman to sue Meta & TikTok for 'goading' her son, who died while 'subway surfing' in US

A US judge allowed Norma Nazario to sue Meta and ByteDance for "goading" her 15-year-old son Zackery into subway surfing. Nazario claimed Zackery viewed content about "dangerous challenges" on Instagram and TikTok. He died when a train ran over him as he fell between its coaches after being hit by a low beam while climbing on top of moving train.
