Woman's all 4 limbs amputated after eating fish with deadly bacteria in US

A woman had all four of her limbs amputated after eating some tilapia fish contaminated with potentially fatal 'Vibrio vulnificus' bacteria. Laura Barajas, a 40-year-old mother, became sick days after eating the fish that she had purchased at a local market in San Jose. She underwent life-saving surgery on Thursday after a months-long stay at a hospital in the US.
