Woman's car surrounded by men on busy road at 10 am, phone stolen in Noida

A woman driving to her office was surrounded by two men on a busy Noida road at 10 am. One of them said a child was stuck under the rear wheel, while the other man banged on window. The woman said she was shocked as there was no child. The men also stole her mobile phone kept in the car.
