Women are more likely to use flirting as a tactical weapon than men to get what they want, a new study has revealed. Researchers suggested this may be because women are more successful when using flirting for personal gain in social settings, like getting a free drink or a promotion at work. Researchers termed this kind of flirting 'instrumental flirting'.
