Women officers tend to work harder than male officers: IAS Darswal

Women Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers tend to work harder than their male counterparts, said IAS officer Mrinalini Darswal. "It has now become a norm that women are better at crisis management when compared to men," Darswal said. "Feminine leadership is all about inclusion, sensitivity and growing with everyone together while empowering and enabling everyone," she added.
