Women take part in Japan's 'naked festival' for 1st time in 1,250 years

Women took part in the "naked festival" at a shrine in central Japan on Thursday for the first time in the event's 1,250-year history. Seven groups of women took part in the ritual, where participants pray for happiness, to drive away evil spirits. Despite its name, those taking part are not naked.
