Women's tennis body threatens to pull out of China amid player's disappearance
The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has threatened to pull its tournaments out of China amid world number 192 Peng Shuai's absence. The 35-year-old has not been seen since she claimed on Chinese social media website Weibo that China's former vice-premier Zhang Gaoli sexually assaulted her. "Women need to be respected not censored," WTA chief executive Steve Simon said.
