Won't go & forcibly vacate: Centre to HC over Delhi Gymkhana Club eviction

The Centre told Delhi HC that it has given Delhi Gymkhana Club an opportunity to vacate the premises "on its own" and stated it will not go and "forcibly vacate" if they fail to vacate. The Centre asked Gymkhana Club to hand over its premises by June 5, stating that it was required for "strengthening and securing defence infrastructure".
