Won't let relations with China affect India ties: Russian envoy

Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov said Moscow will never allow its ties with China to affect its relations with New Delhi. "India remains one of...highest priorities in our foreign policy," he said. Alipov added Russia maintains "self-sustaining relationships" with both countries and wants its cooperation with India to be as broad and intensive as its expanding relationship with China.
