Won't tolerate Taiwan independence: Xi to Taiwan's Oppn leader
Taiwan Opposition leader Cheng Li-wun visited Beijing to hold peace talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in a move that comes after a decade. During the talks, Xi said that China will neither accept nor tolerate Taiwan independence, which is "chief culprit in undermining peace in Taiwan Strait". "Differences in social systems shouldn't be an excuse for secession," added Xi.
