American actor and filmmaker Woody Allen has cast singer Miley Cyrus in his debut web-streaming series for Amazon. The upcoming series, which will also star Allen and actress Elaine May, is scheduled to have six half-hour episodes in 2016 and is reportedly set in the 1960s. Earlier, Allen called his decision to work on a web series, "a catastrophic mistake".
