Wore ghagra choli, parandi to convince Raj Kapoor to cast me: Zeenat

Actress Zeenat Aman recalled how she convinced Raj Kapoor to cast her as Rupa in 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram'. She said Raj showed lack of interest in casting her. "I knew that my 'modern image', complete with mini skirts and boots, was the culprit," she added. Zeenat added she then visited him wearing 'ghagra choli' and parandi in her hair.
