Work from home ends for 2.5 lakh Indians in Cognizant

Cognizant has asked its India-based employees, comprising over 254,000 of total staff, to work from office at least 3 days weekly going forward. The move marks Cognizant aligning with TCS, Infosys, Wipro and others in urging increased onsite presence as remote work flexibility reduces post pandemic despite strong digital infrastructure.
