Work from home not a solution to sexual harassment: TCS Chairman Chandrasekaran

TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran said work from home isn't going to reduce sexual harassment. In 2023-24, 110 sexual harassment complaints were registered at TCS, up from 49 in 2022-23. "If there's harassment, people should raise it; when they do so...the number goes up," Chandrasekaran said, adding that for a company like TCS, this number of cases is expected to happen.
