Work out deal for release of Indians in US jail in Pannun case: Sighvi as NIA arrest US man

After US national Matthew Aaron VanDyke's arrest by NIA, Congress' Abhishek Manu Singhvi said India must act firmly but pragmatically. He said India should negotiate a deal for release of Indian nationals lodged in US jails in cases related to Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.
