Worker hangs off paraglider mid-air without harness in Chile, video surfaces

A groundworker assisting two people attached to a paraglider was left dangling in the air after the paraglider took off due to strong winds in Chile. A video of the incident showed how he was lifted with no harness attached to him. While he landed safely a few minutes later, an investigation was launched after the video went viral.
