Workers are soft targets: Congress' Udit Raj after 2 shot dead in Kulgam terror attack

Congress leader Udit Raj on Friday said that migrant workers were soft targets, after two were shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam. He added that such incidents have happened in the past too and migrant workers from Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh become targets. "Government claims terrorism has been eliminated, yet terrorist incidents occur," Raj further said.
