Gionee on Friday announced the availability of the Elife S5.5, the world's slimmest smartphone, in India, priced at Rs. 22,999. The Elife S5.5 smartphone went on sale on Mar-18 in China. The phone, 5.5 mm thick, has a 5 inch screen, 1.7GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
