World Bank Prez faces calls to resign over climate crisis remark, says 'Won't quit'

World Bank President David Malpass said he won’t resign after facing criticism for his earlier remarks on the climate crisis. At an event on Tuesday, Malpass was asked if the burning of fossil fuels contributed to global warming, to which he replied, ''I’m not a scientist.'' Malpass later acknowledged that he should have done a better job responding to questions.
