World leaders, including Sri Lankan President AK Dissanayake, congratulated PM Modi on becoming the longest-serving elected PM in India's history. Malaysian PM Anwar Ibrahim called the milestone a testament to Modi's leadership. Italian PM Giorgia Meloni and US envoy Sergio Gor also extended their wishes.
