World no. 14 Keys beats world no. 1 Sabalenka to win Aus Open, gets ₹19-cr prize money

World number 14 Madison Keys of USA defeated world number one Aryna Sabalenka in the Australian Open 2025 women's singles final to win her maiden Grand Slam title. The 29-year-old won the final with a scoreline of 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 in 2 hours and 2 minutes. She received a prize money of AU$3,500,000 (more than ₹19 crore) for her victory.
