World's 1st trillionaire Elon Musk lives in a 375-sq ft home

Elon Musk, who became the world's first trillionaire after biggest-ever IPO of SpaceX, still lives in a 375 to 400-sq ft house in Texas. The home, described by Musk as "kinda awesome", includes a small living area, bedroom space, kitchen and a basic bathroom. After pledging to "own no house", Musk had sold his seven Californian properties for $130 million.
