World's first humanoid robot kick-boxing competition held in China

Two humanoid robots faced off in a kick-boxing competition held in China's Hangzhou, marking this as the world's first humanoid robot combat sports event. A video of the match, showing the robots, developed by the Chinese company Unitree Robotics, exchanging punches and kicks has surfaced online. The robots were remotely controlled by their ringside human trainers using joysticks.
