World's highest-grossing law firm Kirkland to invest $500 mn in AI

The world's highest-grossing law firm Kirkland & Ellis said it is spending $500 million of its revenue to develop its own custom AI platform. Kirkland, with self-reported revenue ‌of $10.6 billion last year, said it would invest the funds over the next three to four years. The AI platform would be designed based on information from 250 Kirkland lawyers.
