World’s most powerful rocket explodes in ocean after reaching orbit; huge mushroom cloud seen

Elon Musk-owned SpaceX's giant Starship, world's largest and most powerful rocket, reached orbit for first time on Monday and deployed 26 Starlink V3 satellites. The uncrewed mission was planned to last 10 hours but ended after about three hours following an engine issue. SpaceX then guided Starship to controlled splashdown near Hawaii, where it exploded into a huge mushroom-shaped fireball.
