World's next tallest building could be a 3,330-feet-high battery
A mega battery that NYSE-listed energy storage company Energy Vault plans to build could overtake Dubai's 2,716.5 feet Burj Khalifa as the world's tallest building, CNN reported. The mega battery, in the form of a 985 to 3,300-foot skyscraper, will have blocks to store the electricity as "potential" energy. The skyscraper would have hollowed-out structures, leaving room for tenants.
