World's oldest living person Tomiko Itooka from Japan has passed away aged 116, according to local media reports. Itooka, who is survived by her two children and five grandchildren, died on December 29 at a care home in Hyogo Prefecture, an official said. She was born on May 23, 1908 and witnessed two World Wars and the digital revolution.
