World's oldest person Maria Branyas passes away at 117 in Spain

The world's oldest living person, Spain's Maria Branyas Morera, passed away aged 117. Maria, who was born in US and lived through two world wars, died in Olot in northeastern Spain. "The time is near. Don't cry, I don't like tears...Wherever I go, I'll be happy," she wrote on an account run by her family hours before her death.
