World's priciest dinosaur fossil, auctioned for ₹377 crore, unveiled at NY museum

'Apex', one of the most complete specimens of the dinosaur Stegosaurus, has been unveiled at New York City's American Museum of Natural History. The plant-eating dinosaur's fossil, which was bought by billionaire Kenneth Griffin for a record $44.6 million (approximately ₹377 crore), has been loaned to the museum for four years. Stegosaurus fossils were first discovered in the 1870s.
