World’s smallest QR code could store data for centuries
Researchers at TU Wien and Cerabyte, have created the world's smallest QR code, measuring just 1.98 square micrometres. Verified by the Guinness World Records and readable only via electron microscope, the nanometre-scale code is made from durable ceramic films, enabling secure long-term data storage. Each code can hold massive amounts of information, potentially preserving it for centuries.
