Russian President Vladimir Putin's aide Alexander Dugin has reacted to the tensions in the Middle East, following strikes involving Israel, Iran and the United States. Dugin, who's called 'Putin's brain', claimed that "World War III has begun". Taking to X, he said, "There is no doubt we are entering the final phase of the historic cycle.
