The first legally recognised Pastafarian wedding on Saturday concluded in Akaroa, New Zealand. According to the tradition, the wedding took place in the name of 'Flying Spaghetti Monster', by the couple slurping a spaghetti noodle until they kissed and exchanged wedding rings made from spaghetti. The wedding, held on a pirate boat, was officiated by a pirate.
