World's fastest electric car goes from 0-100kmph in 2.39 sec

American startup Faraday Future on Wednesday unveiled the 'FF 91', which it claims is the world's fastest production electric vehicle that accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 2.39 seconds and generates 1050 horsepower. Expected to launch in 2018, the fully self-driving car can travel about 608 km on a single charge and has facial recognition technology that allows keyless entry.
