'World's loneliest duck' dies after attack by dogs

Trevor, dubbed the world's loneliest duck, has died after being attacked by dogs on the remote Pacific island nation of Niue, a Facebook page dedicated to the duck said. Trevor is thought to have arrived on Niue, 2,400 kilometres northeast of New Zealand, during a storm in 2018. He was the only member of his species living on the island.
