The record for the world's smallest motorcycle is held by 'Smalltoe', which weighs 1.1 kg, as per Guinness World Records. It has a top speed of 2 km/hour, and is powered by a 0.22 kW engine. The creator of the vehicle, Tom Wiberg, rode the machine for more than 10 metre in 2003, as can be seen in the video.
