World's tallest building Burj Khalifa's developer Emaar to build mall in Srinagar

Dubai's Emaar Properties, the master developer of the world's tallest building Burj Khalifa, has said that it will develop a 5,00,000 square feet shopping mall in Jammu & Kashmir's Srinagar. An MoU has been signed between the governments of Dubai and J&K to facilitate investments. Emaar is also considering other investments into real estate, hospitality and other projects in J&K.
