Would expect India to be concerned: Rubio on US' 200% tariff on generic drug imports

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that he would expect India "to be concerned" about the US' phased tariffs on imported generic drugs, which will reach up to 200% in August 2029. However, EAM S Jaishankar didn't raise it in the meeting with Rubio on Wednesday, the latter claimed. "We are very close to them [India]," Rubio added.
