US Republican lawmaker Steve King, while defending the ban on abortions, questioned if there would "be any population of the world left" if it were not for rape and incest. He defended an anti-abortion bill that doesn't make exceptions for rape or incest. "It's not the baby's fault for the sin of the father, or of the mother," King said.
